As one of the few translation agencies in Poland, we employ a regular team of professional translators and proofreaders as well as project managers. These compose the Department of Quality and Project Management, and have the task of carefully monitoring all translation projects undertaken by our company. A clear division of tasks and responsibilities ensures efficient and professional execution of even the most extensive projects.

objectives and tasks

Each employee in our department is an important element of the whole team and their individual success is the success of the whole team. The department deals with the execution of crucial projects, such as EU projects.
Moreover, for the sake of efficient project execution, our department organizes and conducts on-line training sessions for translators to familiarize them with CAT software such as TRADOS and SDLX.

translators and proofreaders

The basic responsibilities of the team of translators involve the execution of orders received by the department, while maintaining top quality service. In the case of extensive and complex projects, the translators create computerised glossaries to ensure vocabulary consistency. The department includes a team of English, French and German proofreaders headed by Trevor Butcher. The team, composed mostly of native speakers, ensures top quality of translations with regard to grammatical, terminological and factual correctness. The team of in-house translators is currently composed of 6 people: Joanna Stryjek, Marzena Zdunek, Anna Zbiciak, Sławomir Nowodworski, Cezary Rymarz, Łukasz Białas, plus a team of external translators working exclusively with the department. Currently we are establishing a new branch of the department in Bydgoszcz, headed by Magdalena Dolny.

project managers

The tasks of project managers involve comprehensive management of the translation process during order execution. This starts with the selection and evaluation of translators for a given project, and includes the organizational and logistical management as well as customer service. All our project managers are experienced and qualified in the field of project management, and have high interpersonal skills. Our project managers are Anna Gnyp, Anna Jaśko and Barbara Bieniek.

analysis and monitoring

Last but not least is Katarzyna Kowalska, who single-handedly deals with the analysis and monitoring of the work of our sales representatives to ensure professionalism and top quality in the direct contact with our customers.

Finally, the Department of Quality and Project Management is managed by Katarzyna Darwaj-Dropko.
